Rejuvatek Medical, Inc. is a Utah‑based innovator revolutionizing the tattoo removal industry with its patented Tatt2Away® non‑laser system. Founded in 2010, the company develops and manufactures a natural, minimally invasive alternative to traditional lasers, using a proprietary dermabrasion-derived process to expel and remove ink from the body with fewer treatments and significantly less discomfort.
At Rejuvatek Medical, I’ve been at the heart of the brand since its inception—first helping to build the foundation, and later returning to lead its strategic transformation. During the startup phase, I wore multiple hats—marketing, sales, regulatory, fulfillment, distributor management—laying the groundwork for growth.
Upon returning in 2023 as VP of Marketing, I led a full-scale rebrand that segmented the company into two market-specific identities (B2C and B2B), repositioned messaging, and revived a fractured department. I restructured the team, streamlined marketing operations, implemented performance analytics, and reduced cost-per-lead by 59% while doubling digital visibility. I also produced investor materials, expanded global distribution, led GTM strategy, and stabilized marketing operations with a tightly managed $1.8M budget—all while aligning brand and execution with measurable results.
